I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and luxurious rooms that were immaculately clean with a stunning view, though noise from adjacent rooms was a downside. The service was exceptional overall, especially from Sultan and Alex, but there was an unfortunate incident when a male staff member entered our room without permission. The location, while nice, was marred by nearby construction and a lack of staff training. The dining experience was limited to Neapolitan pizza, which was not ideal. Despite some flaws, the facilities were top-notch.

The location is fantastic, close to many attractions in Doha, with the only downside being that it is away from the spa rooms. The dining experience was unique with homestyle Japanese dishes that were not buffet style. The facilities were modern and convenient to use.
